Blake Wagner, PT
A native of Pender, NE. Blake received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in1988. He received his Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University in Kansas City in 1991. Blake was the director of Physical Therapy at Burgess Health Center in Onawa, Iowa from 1995 to 2006. There he saw a wide variety of patients including pediatrics, athletic, and geriatric patients. His focus is on general orthopedic physical therapy for all ages through adulthood. He works with athletes, industrial workers, and personal injuries. He also has experience with the geriatric population and adult surgical reconstruction. He has been living in Sioux City for the past 15 years. When he’s not working with patients he enjoys riding his motorcycle or boating. |
