Our original Plattsmouth location opened in March of 1999, but in order to meet the growing demands of Plattsmouth, Cass County and the surrounding area, we moved to our new location in November of 2001.

Heather Corey, DPT
A native of Seward, Nebraska, Heather studied exercise science at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed her clinical Doctorate in 2005. Heather joined Community Rehab in May of 2004, working as a staff physical therapist in LaVista. She was named clinic manager of the Plattsmouth location in June, 2006. She is a current member of the Orthopedic and Aquatic sections of the American Physical Therapy Association. |

Lisa Gross, DPT
Lisa is originally from Plymouth, NE. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with minors in biology and psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, NE. Lisa graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2006 and she joined Community Rehab in December of 2007. Lisa is a member of the Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Sections of the American Physical Therapy Association. Her interests and additional continuing education have been in the areas of Manual Therapy and Orthopaedic rehab. Lisa and her husband, Jim, live in Iowa with their dog, Jake. |
