Our original Plattsmouth location opened in March of 1999, but in order to meet the growing demands of Plattsmouth, Cass County and the surrounding area, we moved to our new location in November of 2001.

Heather Corey, DPT
A native of Seward, Nebraska, Heather studied exercise science at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed her clinical Doctorate in 2005. Heather joined Community Rehab in May of 2004, working as a staff physical therapist in LaVista. She was named clinic manager of the Plattsmouth location in June, 2006. She is a current member of the Orthopedic and Aquatic sections of the American Physical Therapy Association. |

JoAnn Tesarek, PTA
A native of Norfolk, NE, JoAnn completed her A.A.S. as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Northeast Community College in 1995. She also has a degree in Health Care Management from Bellevue University. JoAnn joined Community Rehab in August 2001. |
