Four months after starting in Fremont, Community Rehab began to offer services to the Omaha area with the opening of a LaVista clinic in May of 1998. The clinic relocated to its' current site in June of 2002 which it is still in the Baker's Square Plaza but just north of Office Depot on Northwest corner of 84th and Giles.

Pat Wilson,

Pat is from Shelby, IA and moved to Omaha where he did his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska - Omaha. He received his Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1994. Pat is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and recently became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2004. He joined Community Rehab Physical Therapy in May 2005. Pat is married to his wife of 9 years, Kari, and has four children Nick, Ben, Allie and Brandon. |

Josh Yao,
DPT/ATC
Josh Yao is originally from Taiwan and immigrated to the United States when he was 5 years old. He has lived in Omaha, NE since then. Josh is a certified athletic trainer and physical therapist. He studied athletic training at the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he provided medical coverage to the football, wrestling, and hockey teams. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2007. Since graduating from physical therapy school, Josh has focused on manual therapy courses specializing in cervical and lumbar spine pain and dysfunction. He joined Community Rehab Physical Therapy in February 2009. Josh is married and enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and being active. |
